  • Name Frederick George Evers  [1
Birth 1854  Heybridge, Essex, England, UK Find all individuals with events at this location  [2, 3, 4
    • Frederick?s birth certificate lists his father as a Shoemaker by the name of Frederick Thompson, however, a lot of research by his descendents shows up absolutely nothing, and there is no concrete evidence of his existence in the censuses. However, the 1861 census shows Susannah with a "boarder" by the name of Thomas Thornton, shoemaker. Everyone wonders if perhaps it was Thomas Thornton who was the father but that possibly Susannah gave the name of Frederick Thompson due to the fact that the real father might have been married, or perhaps she just made up the name?
