    • Family Hearsay: Kate & Dickie would frequently travel abroad with the Morrisons. Their son Ronnie was left in the care of his aunt Gwen and family at Keeper's Cottage on the Blatchford Estate, Cornwood.
    • Kate & Dickie in later life lived in a house in Milbay Rd, Plymouth before moving to Cumbria to be near their son.
    • Kate's favourite breed of dog was Pekinese; even in her marriage photograph there is one lying at her feet!
