- Arthur was a member of the Royal Antedeluvian Order of Buffaloes (RAOB): he joined 8/4/1931; raised to 2nd degree 6/6/1933 (his medal is inscribed "Presented to Bro. Arthur G. Chamberlain C.P. by the Green Meadow Lodge, No.6990, Certified on 6 June 1933); Green Meadow Lodge met at Lewis Arms, Pentyrch, and ceased to function March 1941. [9]
